Successful entrepreneurs without formal education r open-air universities. Society needs to learn from them than brand them illiterates.
Plenty of Big Business tycoons Administrators were poor in the Education.

I don't criticize the Education.. it's only a little close window. With Education it will b open so you will get fresh Air and light. Your personal IQ is overal depends on your thoughts and approach to the life and approach to your work. 
Every work simple or difficult - Every problems small or big have plenty of ways to overcome and to get fruitful result. 
Your life style,thinking,regular reading habit,positive thinking and hard as well as sincere efforts will lead you to successful person.
Atleast once a day give your self little time to introspect your own self. You are the best creation of this Nature. You have plenty of hidden creativity and infinite power only the thing you need to explore your self. 
Education will enhance your inner abilities. It is necessary but don't have or less have - no issues. You can move on and have beautiful life.
